Hollywood, Florida — A South Florida couple says they are living in constant fear after an unidentified man repeatedly targeted their Hollywood home, allegedly returning multiple times to damage the property, steal items, and make threats. Despite several calls to police, the homeowners say the suspect always leaves before officers arrive.
The ongoing incidents have left the family searching for answers as investigators work to identify the man captured on security cameras.
Security Cameras Capture Repeated Visits
According to the homeowners, surveillance cameras have recorded the same man returning to the property on several occasions.
Each time, they say, the suspect allegedly damages something before leaving, including tearing security cameras off the house and breaking multiple windows.
The couple said the home is their second residence, meaning they are not always there. However, they noted that guests have been staying at the property during some of the incidents, raising concerns for everyone’s safety.
The homeowners have since relied heavily on their surveillance system to monitor the property.
Homeowners Say They Have No Idea Why They’re Being Targeted
The couple told local media they are completely baffled by the repeated attacks.
According to the homeowners, they do not know the man and cannot think of any reason why he would repeatedly return to their property.
“We’re scared, very anxious about it, because this guy is targeting our house for God knows why,” one homeowner said.
She added that they have no known enemies and have never had any interaction with the suspect.
The homeowners also alleged that the incidents have involved vandalism, theft, and vague threats, making the situation even more unsettling.
Police Called Repeatedly, But Suspect Leaves Before Officers Arrive
The homeowners said they have contacted police every time the suspect appears, but by the time officers reach the scene, the man has already fled.

As a result, investigators have had to rely primarily on security camera footage while working to identify him.
The repeated nature of the incidents has left the family feeling increasingly anxious, with the homeowner saying she now constantly checks the home’s surveillance cameras because she never knows when the suspect might return.
Investigation Remains Active
The Hollywood Police Department is continuing its investigation and is asking for the public’s assistance.
Authorities are encouraging anyone who recognizes the man shown in the surveillance footage or has information about the incidents to contact Hollywood police.
Investigators also ask that anonymous tips be submitted through Broward Crime Stoppers.
Police have not released additional information regarding a possible motive or whether the suspect has been linked to other incidents in the area.
As the investigation continues, the homeowners hope someone will recognize the man and help bring an end to the repeated attacks that have left them feeling unsafe in their own property.
